What shipping options are available on QUEENSBEE.com?

→ Most of our treasures are shipped using USPS. On occasion, we will use DHL, UPS, or even FedEx if there are any specific requests regarding shipping. 

→ The majority of our orders will ship within 1-2 business days.

→ Shipping times may vary and are dependent on whether your treasure is shipped from in-house stock or directly from our manufacturer or fulfillment warehouse.

→ The estimated delivery time is between 5-14 business days. Most orders will arrive earlier, and if we know beforehand that your delivery will take longer, this will be clearly noted in the description on our site.

→ For custom orders, you will be contacted by our manager to discuss approximate completion and shipping dates associated with your order.  

→ To ensure the secure delivery of your order, QUEENSBEE does not ship to PO boxes.


What if I need my order faster?

If you just cannot wait that long to receive your order, simply send an email to pamaria.queensbee@gmail.com before submitting your request, and we will check if your chosen treasure is available for expedited shipping. If so, we will let you know of any additional costs associated with expediting the shipping process.


Can I track my online order?

A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped. You will receive multiple email acknowledgements if your order results in more than one shipment. Using the Shop App will help you keep track of your order in once place.


Will you ship my order to an international location?

Please note that with international orders, import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included in the total cost. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility. 


Items being shipped to Canada and abroad can sometimes get held up in customs and can take anywhere from 15-45 business days to arrive. If you just cannot wait that long to receive your order, simply send an email to pamaria.queensbee@gmail.com before submitting your request, and we will check if your chosen treasure is available for expedited shipping. If so, we will let you know of any additional costs associated with international expedited shipping. 


What if I already placed my order? Can I still upgrade my shipping option?

If you contact us before your order ships, we will apply the shipping upgrade.


I made a mistake with my order (address, size, etc.) Can I change it?

We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed it's not usually possible to make any changes. But if this happens, contact us as soon as possible, and we may be able to adjust your order. However, we cannot make any promises. Please make every effort to review your request before submission. 


How to Choose the Right Size

1. Please read carefully the item’s detailed description in the catalog, including the model’s parameters and available sizes.

2. Find out your ring size, please refer to the size table:

3. If you still have doubts, you can check out our ring sizing tips:

  • pick a slip of paper and wrap it around your finger,

  • mark where the slip ends with a pencil or marker,

  • measure the slip length against a ruler,

  • check out the measurement in the size table. Done!

 

Queensbee Tips:

  • for more accurate sizing, we recommend taking measurements in the evening (there is a slight increase in size at the end of the day).

  • wide rings fit tighter compared to thinner ones. Please consider this when choosing the size of a certain ring model.
