Shipping information
What shipping options are available on QUEENSBEE.com?
→ Most of our treasures are shipped using USPS. On occasion, we will use DHL, UPS, or even FedEx if there are any specific requests regarding shipping.
→ The majority of our orders will ship within 1-2 business days.
→ Shipping times may vary and are dependent on whether your treasure is shipped from in-house stock or directly from our manufacturer or fulfillment warehouse.
→ The estimated delivery time is between 5-14 business days. Most orders will arrive earlier, and if we know beforehand that your delivery will take longer, this will be clearly noted in the description on our site.
→ For custom orders, you will be contacted by our manager to discuss approximate completion and shipping dates associated with your order.
→ To ensure the secure delivery of your order, QUEENSBEE does not ship to PO boxes.
If you just cannot wait that long to receive your order, simply send an email to pamaria.queensbee@gmail.com before submitting your request, and we will check if your chosen treasure is available for expedited shipping. If so, we will let you know of any additional costs associated with expediting the shipping process.
A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped. You will receive multiple email acknowledgements if your order results in more than one shipment. Using the Shop App will help you keep track of your order in once place.
Please note that with international orders, import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included in the total cost. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
Items being shipped to Canada and abroad can sometimes get held up in customs and can take anywhere from 15-45 business days to arrive. If you just cannot wait that long to receive your order, simply send an email to pamaria.queensbee@gmail.com before submitting your request, and we will check if your chosen treasure is available for expedited shipping. If so, we will let you know of any additional costs associated with international expedited shipping.
If you contact us before your order ships, we will apply the shipping upgrade.
We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so once your order is placed it's not usually possible to make any changes. But if this happens, contact us as soon as possible, and we may be able to adjust your order. However, we cannot make any promises. Please make every effort to review your request before submission.

For those located in Miami, Surfside, Bal Harbour, Aventura, Sunny Isles, or Palm Beach, we can schedule an in-person appointment to sit down with one of our team members and learn more about Queensbee high jewelry. Try on our luxurious pieces in person, inquire about personalizing existing pieces or bring us your ideas for a custom-made design that will inspire you to make every day a statement.
Virtual: If you are looking for more guidance in finding the perfect matching set, want expert styling advice, or need additional information regarding sizing and stones, you can make a virtual appointment with one of our customer sales representatives and we will assist you any way we can
